My name is Yuliia Mazur, and I’m a real estate agent and advisor serving the beautiful communities along the Emerald Coast. For the past eight years, I’ve been proud to call this place home — and I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same.
My journey started in 2016, when I arrived in Destin as an exchange student and
fell in love with everything here. After returning to Ukraine to finish
my degree, I came back a year later with just a suitcase, $300, and a dream.While working double shifts, I met a real estate broker who handed me a number on a napkin. I made the call, passed my exam in three months, and became a licensed agent.
That moment changed everything.
To go deeper, I enrolled in architectural school — giving me a true understanding of design and function that now sets me apart.
Over the years, I’ve lived and worked in Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and now Foley, Alabama near Orange Beach & Gulf Shores — serving both sides of the state line. To me, real estate is about more than houses — it’s about people, relationships, and trust.
I’ll never forget one client — a woman who bought the very home she grew up in, after 20 years apart. Helping her come full circle, to a place that held her heart, reminded me exactly why I do what I do.
And that’s where my passion lies.
